You may, with certitude, know your shoe, dress, and ring size, but do you truly know how to dress according to your body type?
● Hourglass - Always set your eyes on body contouring dresses, coats, and fitted or structured tops that highlight your waist!Passion, beauty, and vivaciousness characterizes adolescence and youth, but when women mature in age, they are graced with strength, confidence, competence, and vision. In no other stage of life are women more powerful and determined than when they reach their 40s and with solid reason - the challenges, hardships, and accomplishments have made them resolute. Women enter their most glorious decade when they hit forty - an awakening occurs regarding their appearance, choices, skin care and a deep realization to celebrate their internal and external beauty.
We have selected three Instagram Bloggers to share their ideas, passion, and tips…
These are the questions they were asked:
1. What has shaped the passion that you have for home décor, over the years?
2. What is your life credo and what do you want your followers to know about you?
3. What other activities, other than table décor, bring you joy?
4. What colors are most appropriate for the Winter Season? Are there any wrong* ways to decorate a table?
1. I think I take after my mother. She owned a small business (floral arrangements, gift wrapping and home decor items). She always came up with innovative ideas for her generation and time.
2. You don't have to follow a trend when it comes to décor. Work with what you have and what works for you. If you truly love how something looks in your home, that's what is important in the end. Make yourself happy with what you have and what you create.
3. Being a supermom to my boys, ages 3 & 4 is my 24/7. Swimming is my favorite physical activity and reading is something that I enjoy - it relaxes me. I'm developing an interest in exotic watches and I hope to start a small business where connoisseurs like me can trade.
4. I don't think that there should be a specific color that's definitive. You can get creative with different colors, just keep a few items that represent winter and let your imagination do the rest. I don’t think there is a right or wrong way to set it up. I always decide on a theme and work around it.
1. My passion and natural inclination toward home décor, I have been cultivating for years. I have always experimented with colors and details without ever needing any designers’ assistance. After the 2020 quarantine, I found myself feeding this passion more and thus Daily_Concept was born.
2. I hope that my followers see and feel that my simple and meaningful life is filled with love and dedication towards life itself and my loved ones.
3. My other passion besides home décor is styling, something that I have not yet revealed on my blog and that very few people know about.
4. This year, I am leaning toward white colors and nuances as I am craving more love and affection due to all that is happening around the world - I will incorporate white and gold this year into our family table décor. I would not recommend too many colors and I advise avoiding placing too many accessories as that will make the table busy and untidy. Keep everything simple and elegant.
1. I loved to decorate an imaginary house as a child – it was a square surface on the playground, contoured by rocks. I would collect cans, Styrofoam, branches, rusty metals, broken beer bottles and I would utilize their necks as vases for flowers. My mother would save money and buy tea cups, liquor glasses, or artificial flowers - every detail was symmetrical and not cluttered in our household. I also remember my father building shelves and other items needed for the house – it my parents that fully introduced me to the world of décor.
2. My philosophy about décor is: “Less is more” - I love to see all ornaments placed on the table and not get lost in different colors or textures. I want the centerpiece to be the focal point, thus adding a touch of elegance and personality.
3. Nature, music, dancing, and travelling bring me joy.
4. For winter décor, famous designers tend to apply warm colors, leaning towards the dark, rustic tones. There are a few “innocent” mistakes that everyone can make: the fabric of the table cloth, plates that are overly busy with patterns and colors, flowers that are highly scented by overpowering the natural aromas of homemade food, and placing the cutlery and glasses on the wrong side of the plate.
